Golden Eagle Estates is an opulent community nestled in the rolling hills of the Pleasanton Ridge with an attended, gated entrance. The community features a sparkling seasonal pool, year-round tennis courts, and a Clubhouse members can rent for birthdays and other special events.
Quietly located amid the affluent communities along Foothill Road, Golden Eagle Estates also offers convenient access to many local attractions and the 680/580 freeways, BART and ACE stations – giving easy access to the entire Bay Area and San Joaquin County.
Among local attractions are many Regional parks with hiking and biking trails, including Augustine Bernal Park, which has a staging area at the top of Golden Eagle Way. Pedestrian Gate-Intercommuinity
Golden Eagle Owners/ Residents, you may use your GE Intercommunity amenity key (pool/tennis courts) to enter the Golden Eagle Estates /Intercommunity side of the Golden Eagle communities when walking or biking. Non-Golden Eagle Owners/ Residents, you will need to check in with the Guard at the Guardhouse for access to the Bernal Augustine Park.
