Guardhouse/Main Gate

chevron_rightShould I use caution when entering the gate? Yes, you should use caution when going through the main gate. The gate is timed for ONE vehicle and tailgaiting is not allowed. The HOA/Management are not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by misuse (i.e. tailgating or impatience) or malfunction of gates.

chevron_rightWhat are the Guard coverage hours at the main gate? Security Guard coverage is from 6:30am to 10:30pm, 7 days a week. Please contact the Management office at (925) 830-4848, rritter@hoaservices.net, or jessie@hoaservices.net, if there is any issue with the Guards or the post not covered during these hours.

Guest/Vendor Access

chevron_rightHow can I communicate approved guests and vendors for my home to the Guard? Visit community.dwellinglive.com to list approved guests and vendors for your home. The Guard uses DwellingLive to view approved guests and allow them access to visit your home. You can provide a telephone number or two in case a non-approved guest arrives and needs to have access allowance confirmed.

chevron_rightIf the Guard is not at the Guardhouse or it is afterhours, how does my guest enter the gate? Your guest can find you in the Directory at the keypad on the side of the Guardhouse. They can search the directory, or you can provide them with your Directory Code for an easier way to find you. They then call you from the call box, you will press the number "9" on your phone to allow them access.If you do not know your Directory Code, please email jessie@hoaservices.net to obatin it. DO NOT GIVE GUESTS OR VENDORS YOUR RESIDENT ENTRY CODE - the Directory Code is a separate code.

chevron_rightHow can I rent the Intercommunity Clubhouse? Golden Eagle residents can rent the Clubhouse by contacting Sandra at the Management office at sandra@hoaservices.net.

chevron_rightHow do I open the Pedestrian gate to access Intercommunity? Golden Eagle Owners/Residents, you may use your GE Intercommunity amenity key (pool/tennis courts) to enter the Golden Eagle Estates/ Intercommunity side of the Golden Eagle communities when walking or biking. Non-Golden Eagle Owners/ Residents, you will need to check in with the Guard at the Guardhouse for access to the Bernal Augustine Park.
